Working alongside the workforce data analyst and People Systems Analyst in ensuring data and system integrity and where needed with looking for and supporting enhancements to increase user and organisational effectiveness.p pThe role will be responsible for suggesting, supporting or designing new IT solutions, modify, enhance or adapt existing People systems and People reports (currently Oracle Fusion, Oracle Cloud Recruiting, OBIEE, Fusion Data Intelligence tools and Taleo Learn) and integrate new features or improvements, all with the aim of improving business efficiency and productivity. Supporting the workforce data analyst in ensuring data integrity, statuary report requirements and where needed with reporting enhancements to increase user and organisational effectiveness.p pstrongResponsibilities:strongp ul liSupporting on and offline continuous improvements.li liCreating new positionsorganisations, fixing problems and remedying errors.li liResolving system queries from end users (via Jira).li liTestmanage systems upgradesnew releases.li liCreate user documentation for People Teams and external users on People systems.li liProviding training support to the People team and external users on the People system.li liAssist with the management of People systems, including maintaining data field names, screen locations, security, type and staff, functionality of data processing and process flows, addingremoving or update user account information and resetting passwords, documenting the configuration of systems and producing and maintaining user guides.li liSupport in all People reporting and analytics.li liSupport in maintaining the current baseline population MHRA establishment and staff in post.li liSupport in maintaining the People system data.li liPreparing, analysing and interpreting a broad range of People data to support business processes.li liOversight of all People MI and analytics including culture measurement.li liBuild and deploy role-based reports for use across the Agency via self-service dashboards.li liManipulate, analyse and interpret complex data sets.li liMake suggestions on ways to improve the collection of MI data.li ul pstrongRequired experience and skills:strongp ul liExperience managing a complex system as an administrator.li liExperience developing and implementing SOPs and audit controls for HR processes.li liUnderstanding of transactional processes.li liExperience working in a project management environment.li liExcellent written and verbal communication.li liAdvanced IT skills, possibly including Excel, BI Publisher, SQL, and Oracle products.li liInitiative and problem-solving ability.li liStrong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.li liStrong organisational and workload prioritisation skills.li ul pstrongEntry requirements:strongp ul li3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4 (A-C) in any subject.li liGCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3 (D or above).li liProspective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject.li ul pYou may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme.
