The candidate will have good practical skills, and technical ability an interest in engineering, metal work and technical design.
Attention to details are particularly important with a good level of mathematics/trigonometry.

Allen Brothers is a manufacturer and distributor of high-performance sailing equipment. The Allen brand is one of the market leaders and export worldwide. The products are designed in-house with our toolroom producing the mould tools, metal cutting and pressing tools which are used to produce around 95% of the components manufactured on-site using CNC mills, lathes, and moulding machines.
