Description of Opportunity
Working as part of a team at our Basildon site within our pre-production prototype development section, bringing the next generation of tractors from concept through to production. Working with a broad range of engineering disciplines including mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, fabrication, machining and component level to full vehicle testing.

Desirable but not essential:
Familiarity with the use of hand tools

The skills learned throughout this apprenticeship are very much valued by us. Our intention is for us to retain these skills and the candidate at the end of the apprenticeship as a fully-fledged product development technician however this will be in line with business needs at that time and so is not guaranteed
