Description of Opportunity
Building up and welding Hinged security doors and frames.
Reading GA drawings and following guidelines for fabricating bespoke doors.
Will work alongside other welders/ gluers at all times.
Welding of 0.9mm to 3mm steel. Zintec, Aluzinc, and mild steel most commonly used. Occasional stainless steel and manganese used.

Good communication and listening skills
GCSEs at grades A*-E/9-2 (or equivalent) in maths and English.
Organised and methodical
Good level of attention to detail, and a can-do attitude
Reliable, so must have a good attendance record
To start will be the Apprentice wage plus attendance bonus. Rate dependent upon age/experience.
Please be aware you will be working in the company and will also be required to attend Alliance Learning for the Day release training.
Long term future with expanding company for successful candidate upon completion of the qualification.
