IT/experience with office management tools (MS Office software, in particular)
None as full training will be given throughout the apprenticeship.
Understanding of or Interested in customer service and sales best practices and desire to participate in training and professional development.
Willing to learn and use initiative

Ability to perform well in a fast-paced working environment
