Be an exemplary practitioner with knowledge, understanding and experience of quality provision
Have experience working with children in Early Years Foundation Stage
Be able to work effectively as part of a team to achieve excellence
GCSEs at grades A*-C/9-4 (or equivalent) in maths and English
Be dedicated and passionate about the role
Be an exceptional communicator, be well organised with effective interpersonal skills and a cheerful nature
