During the apprenticeship journey the apprentice’s well-being is of paramount importance to us.

Learning styles are not the same for each apprentice, everyone learns at a different pace and level and we aim to provide apprentices and employers with all the resources and tools in support of effective apprentice development.

Should an apprentice have a disability Bosch aims to provide them with additional information, advice and guidance to support and help them succeed.

Our team is here to support with any queries or concerns before taking the next steps and during the apprenticeship.

Female Support:

We are always particularly pleased to welcome female apprentices. Women are very much in the minority in the industry and we are keen that the industry benefits from an increased number of female apprentices. We fully support increasing diversity in the motor industry and have female team members available to support apprentices when required.

Under-Represented Groups:

We are committed to increasing diversity and working with all stakeholders to ensure that all under-presented groups have the same opportunities for a long and fulfilling career. The programme welcomes applications from all under-represented groups to support the richness that a diverse workforce brings.

Support Network

During the course of the apprenticeship, all apprentices and employers will receive effective guidance and support from the apprenticeship programme team. Generally, the first point of contact within the team would be the trainer.

We have found in the past that some apprentices have welcomed having an additional point of contact other than their trainer. Should any apprentice feel they have a query or concern that would be best dealt with by someone other than the trainer then they should not hesitate to contact the programme administration office where they can ask to speak to other team members, managers and support staff. The team are pleased to hear from apprentices and employers alike, and they will always look to find solutions.

Interview Tips

To help prepare prospective candidates for the interview process, those of us at Triumph and GetMyFirstJob have compiled a few tips that have been taken from our feedback following interviews. Hearing advice directly from employers should help candidates understand what to expect in the interview process. Candidates who prepare are likely to give themselves the greatest opportunity to standout from the crowd for all the right reasons.
