Plus, were award winning, with accolades across our product, our specialist teams and our culture.p pstrongResponsibilities:strongp ul listrongSupport team coordination: strongHelp ensure smooth communication and collaboration within cross-functional teams (developers, artists, designers, QA, product owners).li listrongTrack progress & identify blockers: strongAssist in monitoring project progress, identifying potential roadblocks, and raising concerns to senior team members.li listrongMaintain documentation: strongSupport the creation and maintenance of project-related documentation (e.g., Jira boards, Confluence pages).li listrongRisk & issue assistance: strongHelp identify and track project risks and issues, escalating as needed.li listrongCommunication & reporting: strongSupport internal communication efforts, helping to prepare status updates and reports for stakeholders.li listrongTooling: strongGet familiar with and utilize project management tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar.li listrongLearn & grow: strongActively seek feedback, participate in training sessions, and be eager to expand your knowledge of project management best practices, game development pipelines, and software development lifecycles (SDLC).li ul pstrongRequired skills:strongp ul listrongPassion: strongA demonstrable, deep interest in the software development or gaming industry. This could be through personal projects, game jams, modding, active participation in online communities, or academic studies.li listrongUnderstanding of Agile: strongA foundational understanding (even theoretical from coursework or research) of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.li listrongCommunication skills: strongExcellent verbal and written communication skills.
