Working within the funding team, you will help maintain compliance with government requirements while contributing to the success of learners and the wider organisation. This role provides the opportunity to develop valuable skills, gain industry experience, and work towards a nationally recognised qualification.p pstrongResponsibilities:strongp ul liFull conformity to Skills Development Scotland (SDS) and other contractual requirementsli liProvide administrative support to the funding team and delivery functionli liLiaise with other apprenticeship administrative resourcesli liBe responsible for day-to-day funding & administrative tasksli liInput and extract data from the MaytasBud databasesPowerbi and SDS FIPS databaseli liAssist in driving improved data accuracy across all systems and processes related to SDS contractli liRegister all learners in a timely manner with both Awarding Organisation (SQA) and Sector Skills Council (CFA or Tech Partnership) using MA onlineli liProcess starts, milestones, achievers, early leavers in line with SDS operating guidelinesli liEnsure good housekeeping of MAYTAS, Bud and FIPS, ensuring accuracy of data.li liMaintain SDS audit error percentage of less than 1li liWork closely with internal partners to ensure processes are followedli liAssist in process design and implementation across the funding team and apprenticeship deliveryli ul pstrongDesirable skillsstrongp ul liGood administrative skills and ability to successfully work at a detailed levelli liOrganised with good time management skillsli liMust enjoy working with Microsoft Office, primarily Excel, Teamsli ul pstrongSalary:strong 17,000 per annump pstrongWorking hours:strong 37.5 hours per week, 9.00am - 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.p pstrongBenefits:strongp pTaking time for ourselves is so important these days which is why we dedicate some of our benefits to support your health & wellbeing.
