Our HQ, Jellycat Studios, is based in central London and from there we spread joy through toys, accessories, books, music, films and social media.p pstrongResponsibilities:strongp ul liHelp quickly resolve service requests and incidents from end users.li liFixing and moving PCs and printers.li liData entry in relation to IT system support.li liAssisting IT service members with tasks.li liShipping and procuring IT equipment.li liPatching and cabling across the IT estate.li liSupporting AV systems in meeting rooms.li liSystem performance checks and auditing including daily backup and security routines.li ul pstrongDesirable skills:strongp ul liMust be collaborative and prepared to work as part of a team, using their voice and insight as well as assisting or carrying out other duties during periods of high workload, sickness, holidays, and emergencies.li liThe post holder will be a good problem solver, able to make decisions quickly within their remit and escalate issues quickly.li liThe post holder will actively seek development opportunities, undertake self-study, acquire new knowledge, and suggest formal training requirements.li liThe post holder will be seen as a proponent of change, utilising appropriate levels of governance in conjunction with the right pace for a fast-moving small business.li liThe post-holder will be expected to contribute and produce suitable documentation to support knowledge management and training for broader audiences.li ul pstrongEntry requirements:strongp ul li3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4 (A-C) in any subject.li liGCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3 (D or above).li liProspective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject.li ul pYou may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme.
