Description of Opportunity
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for ICT issues
- Create, monitor and resolve issues on the ICT ticketing system
- Providing first line support to all Tangerine Holdings staff
- Assist SQL BI Developer with Monthly Tasks
- Assisting Head of ICT on maintaining full, accurate IT equipment records
- Assist Head of ICT with New starter and leavers
Additional Duties may also include:
- Work additional or anti-social hours as required to meet the needs of the business
- Attend staff meetings and training as needed.
- Travel to other sites, as needed.
- Carry out any other duties as are within the scope and purpose of the job as requested by the ISM and FD

- Knowledge or experience in IT - Hardware and software

A minimum of 5 GCSEs A - C (9 - 4) including English and Maths are required. Any qualifications in IT would be beneficial
Our training provider is one of the leading IT Apprenticeship training providers in the North West. A tutor will come to the workplace and work with you on a one - to - one basis, and help you towards completing you Level 3 advanced IT Support qualification.
