This Traineeship work experience is part of an education and training programme that is focused on giving young people the skills and experience that employers are looking for. At its core is the Work Preparation training, English and maths for those who need it, and a high-quality work experience placement. Traineeships help unlock your great potential and give you the work preparation training, maths, English, Digital Skills and work experience needed to get an Apprenticeship or other job.
This Traineeship Opportunity is unwaged. Are you eligible? Are you currently not in a job? Do you have little or no work experience? Are you aged 16 to 24 and qualified below Level 3 (A level)?To support the administration staff with their office admin duties, which include:Help our clients recognise when they might need supportLiaise with other agencies in the communityAssess the benefits and risks of community livingAssess and identify the new skills our clients' will need in the communityProvide opportunities and support to help our clients to developExplore and include our clients' future employment and education needsWork with our clients to reflect on their experienceDevelop support plans of how staff and our clients would deal with a crisis

This Traineeship opportunity includes work preparation training, Functional Skills maths and English support for those who require it and a high-quality work experience placement.

Online courses delivered through the organisationTraineeships are unwaged and offer an exit interview upon completionThe Traineeship opportunity is unwaged but could lead into a fully paid apprenticeship for the successful candidateYou will be working alongside a buddy who will show you the ropesYou will get weekly support with functional maths and English if you need it, and gain employability skills from a Qube learning tutor who will visit once per week to support and guide you through the programme to insure you have the best experience

You will require good observation, communication, written and interpersonal skills in order to improve engagement and promote reliable, timely and positive outcomes for the individual and the wider service.

To progress on to an apprenticeship upon completion.
