Description of Opportunity

The candidate will need a Driving license and access to a vehicle, we pay holiday pay, mileage, all statutory payments, pension schemes, training, Enhanced DBS check required Staff uniform is subsidised and all PPE required for care work is free, Duties will include

Shift patterns Candidates must be available to work every other weekend • Be available for shifts between 6:30 till 14:30 and 16:00 till 22:30 Pay is as follows: Monday to Friday - £9:00 Saturdays £9.25 Sundays including bank holidays £9.50 Christmas day - double time. Travel time/mileage is included in pay rates and there is also an enhanced extra fuel allowance paid at end of month depending on number of hours done in the month. Carer calls are 30/45/60 minutes depending on service users care package.


The weekly wage for this apprenticeship is £270.

Prepare to Work in Adult Social Care. In response to the current challenges facing the health and social care sector, Realise have created a new online course. The fully-funded programme aims to develop the learner’s knowledge of adult social care, as they work towards employment in the sector. This course will see participants gaining a TQUK Level 1 Award in Preparation for Work in Adult Social Care (RQF) which is regulated by Ofqual. Training is delivered online, to help people to study flexibly and in a way which works for them. Applicants must have access to their own laptop for the e-learning
