- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Good IT skills in word and Excel.
Desirable : English and Maths at grade C (4) and above. If the applicant hasn't got these qualifications, functional skills alongside the apprenticeship can be supported.
Level 2 qualification in Customer service 'step into business'.
