Description of Opportunity

Working with the Owners & Lead Chefs in a very busy kitchen

Involves food preparation, cooking and plating our varied Menu, during service learning how to deal with all of the four key roles within our kitchen of grilling, frying, making pizzas and running the pass. Cleaning of the kitchen and maintaining our high hygiene standards. Working within current legislation at all times so as to create a safe environment for both the customers and the team.

All employees must be willing to work evenings weekends and bank holidays. Some split shifts are required but we do attempt to keep these to a minimum, hours worked are between 30-40 per week . Own transport is essential as public transport is limited.

Whilst all starters will begin on minimum wage for their age group, rates of pay increase along with the improvement and ability of the individual concerned. 5.6 weeks holiday pay are accrued through the year and a company pension scheme is available to all employees. Workwear is provided for all kitchen staff.
