Description of Opportunity

After a brilliant season for the Champion Trainer and the team, they arelooking for someone motivated and enthusiastic to join them. This is a great chance to work with some talented horses with plenty of opportunities to attend a variety of race meetings including Cheltenham and Aintree Festivals.

We can offer good regular hours (where all over time is paid), plus excellent wages, pool money and great accommodation in shared 3/4 bedroom house if required. All staff have alternate Thursday afternoons off and are provided with a soft shell and waterproof jacket. Breakfast buns also provided through the week!

The role will involve riding out 3 or 4 lots each morning alongside general yard and stable duties including mucking out and grooming.

Applicants must be capable riders and able to work well within a large team . Although some previous experience within the racing industry is helpful in the racing industry is preferred however we also welcome applications from those with backgrounds in other equestrian disciplines who are capable riders and looking for a change and the chance to transfer their skills to racehorses.

Some equine/racing experience would be beneficial
C+ in GCSE maths and English or Level 1 or higher in Functional Skills
