Description of Opportunity

An exciting opportunity to get first-hand work experience within a business finance brokerage. The successful Trainees will have a choice to move through all departments of the business and/or focus on an area that interests them most.

*This could lead to an apprenticeship or employed position for the right candidate*.

Customer Service and Sales

  • Regular contact with business owners
  • Discussing the financial requirements of customers
  • Maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times
  • Processing customer information and recording accurately on to our systems

Marketing

  • To support with updating marketing platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook)
  • To support with creating content
  • Responding to live chat enquiries
  • Updating and adapting our media

Administration

  • To assist in completing financial documents
  • Preparing and uploading proposals for finance
  • To assist with checking financial information
  • Maintain and update our CRM system
  • Diary management

HR and Recruitment

· Maintain and update our HR system

· Correspond with potential candidates

· Creating and updating training material

· Interview preparation and note taking
