Description
This is an opportunity to work towards an advanced apprenticeship in business while developing practical skills across administration, project planning and social media/web management. Placed with the Business Development Team you will
be trained, and gain experience of, Telesales - working within this team for approximately 75% of your placement. You will also be given opportunities to explore a range
or roles and training across the agency, and be encouraged to follow areas of
interest.
On a daily basis you are likely to be:
- Making outbound calls and
engaging new customers
- Booking appointments for our sales team, and potentially clients
- Supporting the wider agency
teams across Client Services and Search
- Gaining training and
experience in Marketing and Sales

The following abilities are desirable but not essential:
- Confident and professional
telephone manner
- Motivated and inquisitive in

- Basic computer skills: word

- An interest in marketing
channels or techniques
- GCSE English and maths A-C (4-9), or equivalent.
If you haven't yet achieved these grades you should be willing to work towards a Functional Skill qualification alongside the apprenticeship.
- Previous experience in a customer service role would be an advantage
You will learn and develop skills in the workplace with the support of a qualified and experienced team. In addition to this, you will attend Exeter College once a week to work towards achievement of the following:
Level 3 Diploma for the Business Administrator (Standard), modules include:

The Company fully intend to offer a permanent role to the right candidate upon successful completion of the business apprenticeship. You will be supported to increase your responsibilities so you can progress within the Company, and you may also have the opportunity to enrol onto further programmes that are relevant, such as project management.
