Description

To support the smooth running of the business as a whole through the provision of reliable and professional administration support and organisational skills.

  • Switchboard operation and reception cover over lunchtimes
  • Meet and greet clients and visitors
  • Copy typing and audio typing (training will be provided)
  • Opening and distributing incoming post
  • Franking and recording outgoing post before taking to the Post Office at the end of the day
  • Maintaining a filing system
  • Maintaining office diaries for meetings
  • Filing documents with Companies House
  • Assisting the marketing department in general administration duties
  • Supporting the office in any other ad hoc administration duties

· An understanding of Microsoft Office is essential and previous experience of Microsoft Outlook and Excel is an advantage, however, training will be given

5 GCSEs Grade 4 and above must include English and Maths
