Description
Supervisors are vital to support management teams and can independently supervise hospitality services and run shifts, so the ability to think on their feet is important. They typically work well under pressure delivering top-class customer service, and the ability to motivate a team is essential to their role. The core set of supervisors’ skills and knowledge are the same regardless of the setting, but supervisors may specialise in specific functions or work across a variety of areas of the business reflecting the multifunctional nature of the industry.

£21k - £25k PLUS £1,500 incentive payment on completion of apprenticeship
40 hours for individuals aged 16-17
45-48 hours for individuals aged 18+
