Elevate your engineering journey with the Graduate Engineering Engagement Programme (GEEP), offering a blend of expert insights, essential skills, personalised support and real-world experiences that will propel you toward a successful career in engineering.


The programme involves:

  • Widening your knowledge, gaining insights into the engineering industry
  • Skills and competency workshops to develop your employability skills – including help with CV’s, interview strategies and digital prowess
  • Tailored one-to-one career support to identify your strengths/growth areas and help identify a clear vision for your career path
  • The opportunity to have a specialist mentor from the engineering industry
  • Connecting directly with over 20 engineering employers, allowing you to get to know the industry so that you are better equipped in your job search

Who can apply to the programme?

To apply to the programme you must be studying an engineering degree at a UK university and be a UK resident who is eligible to work in the UK. Applications are open to candidates from all backgrounds and ages who meet our eligibility criteria but this programme focuses on providing opportunities to those from underrepresented backgrounds, so the Academy is particularly keen to see applications from those candidates.
