Our bespoke, clinically led solutions are designed to support NHS Trusts and private hospitals in tackling workforce shortages and reducing diagnostic delays, ensuring patients receive timely, accurate diagnoses.p pstrongOverview:strongp pAs part of our growth strategy, were looking for an enthusiastic and driven Digital Marketing Apprentice to join our team and develop hands-on experience across marketing and assisting in enhancing Atlas brand and business expansion across the UK.p pYou’ll collaborate with a team of experienced professionals to support the planning and execution of a wide range of marketing initiatives. This is a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in B2B marketing, including campaign development, digital strategy, content creation, and market research. Youll be joining the business at an exciting time of growth, as we expand across the UK with a new programme of monthly educational events and prepare to relaunch our website with a full redesign.p pstrongResponsibilities:strongp ul liAssist in the creation and scheduling of content for social media, email marketing, newsletters and blogs.li liSocial media monitoring and analytics.li liHelp organise and support marketing campaigns and events.li liMaintain and update CRM systems and marketing databases.li liSupport SEO efforts, website content updates, and performance tracking using Google Analytics and similar tools.li liConduct competitor and market research to identify trends and opportunities. Assist in building content calendar.li liCollaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales and operations) to align marketing efforts with business goals.li liAssist in copywriting for marketing materials such as brochures, case studies, and newsletters.li liMonitor and report on marketing performance metrics and suggest improvements.li ul pstrongRequired skills:strongp ul liA genuine interest in marketing and B2B business environments.li liExcellent written and verbal communication skills.li liStrong organisational skills and attention to detail.li liWillingness to learn and use tools like HubSpot, Canva, Google Analytics.li liProficient understanding and use of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).li liCreative mindset and problem-solving ability.li ul pstrongAdditionally, the following experience would be beneficial:strongp ul liExperience using social media or content tools personally or professionally.li liExperience and interest in video creation and editing.li ul pstrongEntry requirements:strongp ul li3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4 (A-C) in any subjectli liGCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3 (D or above)li liProspective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subjectli ul pYou may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme.
