Due to continued growth the organisation requires a young talented individual with a keen passion for IT. You'll have the opportunity to work for a massive company with such a rich history, have the opportunity to climb the work ladder within IT and tech, and also have the opportunity to gain your Digital Helpdesk Support Level 6 qualification.
Responsibilities:
- Providing first and second level IT support to all staff in the business, utilising helpdesk system to log and document any support tickets fully
- Undertaking administration and routine maintenance of Keppie IT systems
- Configuration and provision of IT resources and services
- Assisting with the ongoing improvement and upgrading of existing IT systems
- Assisting in resolving issues on network infrastructure, servers, and external IT services
- Logging and progressing faults with external suppliers such as cloud services, mobile phones, printing, scanning and wide area networks
- Supporting mobile or remote users on iOS / VPN and cloud platforms
- Assisting staff to setup and where necessary, troubleshooting video conferencing, MS Teams, Zoom and WebEx sessions

Salary:
£16,000 per annum
Working hours:
Monday to Thursday, 8:30am – 5:30pm, Friday 8:30am – 2:30pm
