Job Overview:



We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Digital Applications Apprentice to join our Specsavers Domiciliary team. In this role, you will provide vital support in digital applications, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service to our customers. This is an exciting opportunity to learn and grow in a supportive environment, working with cutting-edge technology and a dedicated team.



Joining our team, you’ll make sure every customer receives a great experience from the get-go, creating a positive impression at every opportunity.



Key Responsibilities:





  • Being a first point of contact for customers, by phone or email, and providing solutions to tailored needs.


  • Booking in appointments through our bespoke booking systems.


  • Monitor and update our Goldvision CRM with client information.


  • Managing a centralised email inbox on Microsoft outlook.


  • Working collaboratively with the wider team to improve digital tools for efficiency.


  • Schedule and manage appointments for domiciliary visits.


  • Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring data confidentiality and compliance with data protection policies.


  • Assist in resolving customer issues or complaints promptly and professionally.


  • By the end of your apprenticeship, you will be fluent in Microsoft packages and our Goldvision CRM.




Skills and Qualifications:



Essential:





  • A keen interest in starting a long term career.


  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.


  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.


  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook).


  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.




Additional Information:





  • Salary - £14,000 per annum


  • Working hours - 40 hours per week,9am -5:30pm Mon-Fri - 30 mins lunch
