Description of Opportunity
IT Help Desk assistant Part of the technical team. Reporting into the IT helpdesk manager. Receiving support calls and inputting into our service desk control system and answering basic requests such as password changes etc. Keeping the customer updated on the status of the calls. Very fast environment as receiving upto 30 calls per day

As skills improve would expect to have candidate work with other team members on server and PC installations and trouble shooting. Understanding of client/server networks, desktops, user accounts, shares and permissions, routers and internet access. Knowledge of active directory. Interest in all aspects of IT.
Good telephone manner and clear spoken English. Ability to communicate clearly with non-technical users. Good personal time management. Eagerness to learn and good team player.
Full time role offered at the end of the apprenticeship
