Apply today!strongp pstrongResponsibilities:strongp ul liFirst point of contact for all telephone calls, emails, and reception queries, ensuring a professional and welcoming approach. Supporting service users, families, and staff with enquiries, triaging to the appropriate person or department.li liMaintaining accurate records, filing systems, and databases in line with confidentiality and GDPR requirements on Care Planner and internal shared drives.li liAssisting with scheduling meetings via MS Teams, managing diaries on MS Outlook, and preparing documents when required through MS Word.li liAssisting with elements of recruitment through Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Recruit Genie, including screening calls, arranging interviews, and providing additional support when required.
