As a Business Manager you're the beating heart of the department, supporting your customers - Microsoft Employees- to achieve their goals. You'll manage internal business and employee initiatives alongside senior leadership to help meet development goals for the business.
As a Resourcing Manager, you will be the central point of the customer to technical relationship. It's all about the right person, at the right time, as you take a customers need and manage resource to ensure the right specialist delivers the answer. You'll develop strong internal relationships, alongside an understanding of external customer needs in this apprenticeship.
In Business Support Operations, you’ll support three senior directors in the Solutions team. This role will take a very organised person, with a high attention to detail to ensure pro-active management of diaries, optimised schedules for meetings and smooth logistical planning.
