I’m so proud to work for Molson Coors, I have been truly welcomed into both the Carling and Coors teams, and have been fully immersed into MCBC life. Everyone is super helpful, and willing to help in any way they can with any project, whether this be their specialist areas or not. We are fully supported within our Apprenticeship programme by line managers, and have regular catch ups to make sure our wellbeing is maintained. In addition to popular favourites like Coors, Carling and Doom Bar, our beverage portfolio includes Aspall, Staropramen, Madrí Excepcional, Blue Moon, Pravha, Cobra and Cobra Zero, Rekorderlig, Doom Bar 0.0% and our latest addition, Three Fold hard seltzer. Through exclusive distribution partnerships, we have also expanded our range to include Bodega Bay, Miami Cocktail Company, Tarquin’s Gin, Lixir Drinks, Jimmy’s Iced Coffee and Mixologist’s Garden.

We are committed to leaving a positive imprint on our employees, consumers, communities and the environment, a commitment reflected in Our Imprint 2025: People and Planet strategy. In 2021 we became the first major UK brewer to move to 100% renewable electricity across all our UK locations, meeting our goal to cut absolute emissions across our direct operations by over 50%, almost four years early.

I have now been at Molson Coors nearly 12 weeks and already I have been part of big brand activations for Carling and Coors and attended events celebrating our products. This past weekend I worked in London at the Waitrose Drinks Festival serving samples of Madri to customers and networking with small and large businesses.
