Who Are CTS Training?

CTS Training offers training support to 16 to 18-year-olds not already in higher education, employment or training with specialised apprenticeships and traineeship programmes. As well as helping young people to build skills and work experience, they also provide classroom-based learning for unemployed adults.

What CTS Training Offers

CTS Training provide a range of programmes to help you gain new skills and experience to put you on the right path to success. They offer Level 2 and 3 apprenticeships in 13 different areas including warehousing and storage, retail, customer services and early years education support.

If you’re not quite ready to get into an apprenticeship, CTS Training’s study programmes can help you build qualifications and skills with high quality work experience. Or if you need to gain work experience to enhance your chances of getting an apprenticeship, a CTS Traineeship will help you boost your CV.


CTS Training provide training via a dedicated Assessor. This includes a competence-based element (NVQ/QCF), technical skills & knowledge and transferable skills.
