Having delivered training to over 1500 learners, the Plato Training team are passionate about inspiring learning and motivating people to achieve the best possible outcomes, whether this be finding the right career, or receiving the training to help them to be the best that they can. They offer work based training and have funding for Adult & Young People Apprenticeships and also deliver Work Ready Programmes supporting people back into employment.

What Plato Training UK Limited Offers

Plato Training will help you secure employment with a quality employer – You will work in a REAL job, with a REAL employer doing REAL work whilst you study towards your qualification related to your specific job. They offer Apprenticeship programmes in 8 subject areas including Level 2 & 3 in Health & Social Care, Retail & Hairdressing and Level 5 in Leadership in Care. They also offer Traineeships to help you take the first step on the ladder in employment.

Training

After receiving your application, you will be allocated a personal resourcer who will work with you to find your right placement. They will support you with interview techniques and provide advice and guidance on interviews and work trials – giving you that extra something to get that Apprenticeship post!

You will work full time in your work place and will complete your apprenticeship on the job! You will meet your assessor who will fully induct you into your programme and be with you for the apprenticeship journey. They will meet with you monthly in your work place and your course will be designed around the job you do.
