Training
At Paragon Skills, training is delivered by fully qualified and experienced learning & development coaches predominately “on the job” at the employers workplace. For some sectors, such as engineering and automative, training can take place in our fully equipped work bays and classrooms.
Learners, and employers, receive support and guidance throughout our programmes, tailored to meet their individual needs; with learners receiving regular on-site assessment and reviews to ensure success.
