The Prince's Trust is a national charity with local roots; with 19 centres in major cities, working in more than 600 schools and 40% of all Further Education colleges, The Prince's Trust is able to reach further into communities.
Every month 13,000 young people reach out to The Prince's Trust looking for employability services. However, this is far more enquiries than opportunities they can offer. The Prince's Trust co-creates solutions that integrate with employer's recruitment, selection, talent and apprenticeship programmes.
The employers the Princes Trust work with report increased retention, loyalty and engagement, and delivering trainings, mentoring and 'buddying' offers opportunities for staff to volunteer and develop themselves impacting engagement and job satisfaction.
