To assist with the day to day administration in a busy school environment, office duties will cover a wide range of tasks in-order to keep up with the busy environment.
GCSE English & Maths – Grade C (4) or above.
Able to follow instructions, able to work both as part of a team and to use their initiative, knowledge of using a PC and of the Microsoft Office package.
Confident, flexible, good listener, good communication skills, enthusiastic, punctual
A full time position will be available to the successful candidate subject to ongoing progress.
The successful apprentice will be enrolled onto an intermediate apprenticeship and Level 2 Customer Service qualification. All training is 100% work based, so this is a great way to learn if you no longer want to sit in a classroom. You have a dedicated Interserve Assessor who will give training, support and guidance throughout your 12 month apprenticeship. As well as working towards a Level 2 Customer Service qualification you will also receive training towards a technical certificate and Functional Skills, maths, English and ICT (if relevant).
