Detailed Job Description
You will be required to carry out the following duties but may be given more tasks depending on business needs at the time:
General admin support to the wider team in terms of; Photocopying, filing confidential documents, data inputting on a computer, scanning, sending out letters and other documents.
You will get the opportunity to work throughout the business and support different business functions as and when needed.
You will also be meeting and greeting patients coming into the surgery and log them in where appropriate.
You will be handling customer calls and making calls out to customers.
In this role you will have to deal with customers in a confidential nature and show empathy.
Through this role you will work over two different sites one based in Rosegarth and the other in Siddal as and when required dependant on business needs so flexibility around travel will be required from the person
