An opportunity to join a local Call Centre selling EE mobile phone contracts to businesses offering personal account management services to our clients. You will gain experience in Data Bases, IT, Customer Services, Telesales, Working within a team, dealing with big companies. You will complete a work based Customer Service qualification, which will last 12-15 months. Depending on previous qualifications you will also complete Functional Skills in Maths, English and ICT in addition to a Technical Certificate.
