Apprentice – Sales and Admin Support

Responsible for assisting the sales and account management team with day to day operations in regards to pricing, delivering quotations and securing new business sales from Vapour business partners and end users. The role may also involve general office administration task and assisting other departments within the Vapour team during busy periods.

Detailed Job Description

  • Using online network pricing portals to obtain Vapour costs to be incorporated with internal Vapour pricing tools
  • Creating and delivering partner and end user proposals maintaining a set standard of presentation format
  • Managing internal sales systems with open opportunity and updates
  • Negotiating on proposals to deliver a competitive cost to the partner or end user
  • Cost analysis of competitor bills as part of proposal procedure
  • Completion of sales paperwork once the quotation has been accepted by the partner or end user
  • Completion of necessary network or promotional documentation as part of sales process
  • Assisting field based sales staff with diary management and booking appointments
  • Able to assist other departments of the Vapour team during busy periods (Finance, pre-sales, operations and delivery.)Date Entry
  • Supporting manager and team

Requirements and Prospects

Qualifications required

Prefer GCSE or equivalent Maths and English C or above, but will consider other candidates who show outstanding drive and commitment.

Skills required

  • IT literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Motivated to delivery against multi deadlines
  • Strong Communication skills - written and verbal
