Detailed Job Description

Main duties

  • Processing and production of documentation which is to be electronically scanned and distributed throughout the business
  • Opening and sorting through all postal items including batching and de-batching correspondence using the relevant systems to locate reference numbers to allocate documentation to the correct files
  • Packing out resends that are on the hopper (these are packs that need to be re sent to client for whatever reason)
  • Working through spread sheets through QII from the printing folder
  • Taking calls from clients regarding queries/issues they have regards there packs e.g. incomplete packs and sending them the relevant information they need.

Requirements and Prospects

Qualifications required

GCSE Maths & English or equivalent preferred

Skills required

  • Strong verbal communication skills and administration skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a target driven environment
  • Have the ability to prioritise workloads to meet business needs
  • Have a good understanding of excel/word and emails
  • Pro active and self motivated
  • Able to work as part of a team and individually
  • Experience with telephone work § Have a basic understanding of DPA guidelines

  • Strong communication skills
  • The ability to work as part of a team
  • Willingness to learn

Future prospects

On completion of apprenticeship and full reviews there maybe possibility of a full time position.
