Description

We are a well established riding school situated on the beautiful Kent Downs. We offer lessons and career training for all levels of rider, from juniors and beginners to intermediate and advanced. Our aim is to make riding fun, accessible and rewarding. We teach youngsters from the age of 5 and specialise in small groups. All groups are graded by both age and ability. As soon as riders are ready, especially adults, we encourage them to hack out and compete. We run in house competitions and with a busy competition centre only 10 minutes hack away there is plenty of scope for the keen amateur, or a Walk & Trot dressage option for riders who want to get started gently!

We are an affiliated Pony Club Centre. The Pony Club is an international youth organisation. Membership is open to anyone under 21 who does not own a pony or lives locally with a pony but does not have transport.

We run various training options for school day release, 16+ and mature students with both a fee paying or working student option with free tuition fees. Some of our horses and ponies are available on Equi-timeshare as an introduction to horse ownership without the 24/7 time and expense commitment.

All staff are encouraged to compete as soon as they are able, with regular in-house training events, and with a busy competition centre being only half a mile away there is plenty of opportunity.
