Our client provides Network, IT, Telecommunications, Internet services, consultancy and service provision. They provide live streaming services to the medical profession.. This is a wonderful opportunity to join our client at the right time in their expansion and secure a sought after apprenticeship and progress within the company.
You will complete a work based IT NVQ level 2 or 3 qualification, which will last 12-16 months. Depending on previous qualifications you will also complete Functional Skills in Maths, English and ICT.

Duties & Responsibilities: · Dealing with clients over the phone · Setting up live streaming · Dealing with office based IT issues. · Maintaining and developing a customer base · Delivering excellent customer service Skills required: · Good diction and a polite attitude · GCSEs in Maths and English at grade C or above · The ability to cope under pressure in a busy environment · Good communication skills · commitment to finishing a task once started · good all round IT skills · the urge to learn new things Benefits: · Excellent career progression · Warm and friendly atmosphere · Possibility of working towards permanent position Working Hours - Monday – Friday, 9am – 5.30pm Salary - Apprenticeship salary of £3.40 per hour
