Description

Carry out filing, back filing & basic excel data entry & report to Kim in accounts. To be trained up to answer the phone, take calls & help plan/deploy work to technicians, reporting to general manager Steve. Additional training from our Head Office in Birmingham available. Basic quickbooks date entry, again with Kim. Some social media (Facebook) posts, other office duties such as franking, ordering stationary, taking minutes in meetings etc. Further training would be given on the job deployment system, there is also a chance to learn how to do the health & safety, IOS9001 & human resources if the candidate is interested & capable. We want an all round person happy & capable of having a go at all office duties and finding their niche within our office. The candidate needs to be able to work on their own and also with Kim & I and also interact with the outside staff. The office is small & fairly informal & there is scope to try lots of things & make their role permanent if they can take on the job deployment/dispatch (CSR) part.
