Description

As part of this apprenticeship you will learning and be involved in the following;

-Supporting with various administrative tasks in the salon, stock control with ordering, banking, handling cash, answering the phone, emails, contacting clients and liaising with management

-To organise bookings and welcome and greet clients, providing an excellent customer experience. Ensuring they are looked after and have a memorable experience at Number 8 Hairdressing

-To build good relationships with clients, communicating effectively about the best professional retail products and services.Helping Number 8 to grow business with marketing and promotion

-Being proactive with all social media

-Updating our website.

What is involved: A one-day induction and 13 days at college. Typically up to three days college attendance for each Functional Skill (if required)The Diploma in Business Administration is achieved through building a portfolio, an exam and assignments. An assessor will visit the apprentice at work to support the apprentice and coach the development of skills at work.

Hours will be Tuesday to Friday 9 to 5.30 and Saturday 9 to 5pm and include one taught college day. 28 days Holiday (inc bank holidays)
