Apprenticeships / Level 2 (Intermediate) Apprenticeship / Catering & Hospitality
Job tasks will include, trainning in all aspects of kitchen duties to include stock rotation, preparing vegetables, fish and meat, making homemade breads, desserts, stocks and sauces, keeping the work area clean and tidy and working to food hygiene regulations.
