Description

The vacancy will include working in different parts of our business to help build a comprehensive knowledge of our products and processes.

Providing administration support through a range of different activities including:

  • Sales order processing
  • Stock control
  • Stock recording
  • Inventory checks
  • Order picking
  • Dispatch recording

Providing excellent levels of customer service to customers:

  • Answering the phones
  • Taking orders
  • Answering queries and dealing with customers face to face at our trade counter
  • Helping to maintain and develop our e-commerce business via our eBay shop, ensuring products are listed accurately
  • Ensuring listings are maintained and sales information is processed promptly
  • Ensuring pre and post sales administration on eBay is completed
  • Liaising with colleagues to ensure customer’s orders are satisfied
  • Helping with developing website
  • Maintenance of website contents in relation to products and pricing,
  • Processing enquiries and sales made via the website

Preferably online sales knowledge via eBay and website development/maintenance.

GCSE A-C in English or Maths or equivalent preferred, but not essential.
Full training through the Business Apprenticeship supported by Haddon Training.
Hard working, punctual, reliable, smart, good knowledge of computers.
Full time position on completion of diploma.
