Role Highlights- Preparation of food items in compliance with standard recipes. - Front of house- taking booking, dealing with enquiries and orders-. Waiting on serving food and drinks- Keep working areas and surfaces clean and tidy. - Housekeeping duties, cleaning all areas- Follow health and safety policy and procedures and be aware of individual responsibilities under legislation. - Working within the team, serving drinks and restocking.- Maintain high standards of personal and general food hygiene and cleanliness within the kitchen and associated areas. Good communication skills with a passion for the Hospitality Industry. Willing to learn and keen to progress
No qualifications required. A good understanding of Maths and English is desirable.
Intermediate Diploma in Food and Drink Service.As an Apprentice you will be included on a Hospitality Qualification, this will involve a Vocational Learning Advisor will visit you on a regular basis to deliver the training and coach the Apprentice and will be observing whilst you work.
