Required by busy and fast growing Fire and Security Company based in Wilford Nottingham. FSE Fire Safety Systems Ltd and FSE Security Systems Ltd are probably one of the largest organisations in the East Midlands for supply for fire extinguishers, fire alarm, fire risk assessments, and sprinkler systems as well a whole range of security services ranging from CCTV systems, access door control, intruder alarms. The company is industry accredited to the highest level and due to further growth and increased numbers of field engineers now requires a trainee planning coordinator to work alongside the Service Desk Manager at our offices in Wilford. The role will entail booking in works into our electronic diary with customers for mechanical field engineers and extinguisher engineers to attend on a daily and weekly basis, answering the telephone to customers, dealing with any issues they may have and helping the smooth running of this department. Role Highlights•Greeting customers when they arrive and answering general enquiries •Answering emails, phone calls and the taking and relaying of messages to staff members•Processing and filing incoming mail•Monitoring and sorting of stock •You will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. •You will support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organisation and communication.•Sales order processing,•Filing•Sending of daily invoices •Sending of monthly statements •Customer file maintenance•Upkeep of proof of delivery data base•Input of sales invoices•Help with new customer and obtaining references.•Ad hock duties•Full training given.Apprenticeship Highlights•You will gain a nationally recognised qualification in Business Administration at Level 2. Full training and support will be given for this important role.
We will require the successful candidate to achieve a minimum of 6 GCSE’s and be punctual at turning up for work. The successful applicant must have a good aptitude for Maths and English, be good at Geography as our engineers travel on a UK wide basis, be accurate, methodical and well organised. You will be given a desk and PC so basic computer skills are mandatory.
As an Apprentice you will be included on a Business Administration Qualification, this will include Maths and English Functional Skills. Your Qualification will be delivered by an Award Winning Training Provider who will support your learning and development throughout your Apprenticeship. This will involve a Vocational Learning Advisor coming to visit you on a regular basis to deliver the training and guide you through your Apprenticeship.
We are looking for someone who is open, friendly, must be willing to learn and organise work load and have a positive attitude. You will need an outgoing personality and plenty of common sense, be reliable & punctual.
