Previous experience working within hospitality industry an advantage. The successful candidate must be flexible and dedicated to producing food to the standards required. Must want to use this as an opportunity to start in a career as a chef.
Maths and english GCSE desirable at grade D or above or equivalent qualification.
Intermediate Diploma in Food Production & Cooking
Good time keeping and organizational skills also be enthusiastic and have a keen interest in food and the hospitality industry. Honest and reliable.
