Description
The role is for a general administtrator in a busy hotel and restaurant that also deals with events and functions. The site holds between 15-20 weddings per year and other various functions. The role itself would include the following: Taking reservations via email and telephone, liaising with guests, checking guests in, taking payments, and generally providing a high standard of customer service. Role Highlights• Answering emails, phone calls and the taking and relaying of messages to staff members• Processing and filing incoming mail• Liaising with staff• Monitoring and sorting of staff contracts • You will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office• You will support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organisation and communication.• Using our booking system and working closely with the teamApprenticeship Highlights• You will gain a nationally recognised qualification in Business Administration at Level 2.
