Description

The Lowes Arms require a Front of House Apprentice to join the team and be the front of the business. We are popular with the local community and also have function rooms to hire for events such as; wedding, birthdays and celebrations. This is the perfect venue to begin your career in the Hospitality industry with the possibility to progress into a Management role. As a Front of House Apprentice your duties will include;• Meet and greet customers;• Take food and drink orders; • Wait on tables;• Initiate excellent customer service;• Process cash and card payments;• Ensure stock is replenished;• Maintain the cleanliness of the dining area;• Ensure everyone is having the best time possible.As an Apprentice you will be included on a Hospitality Qualification. Your Qualification will be delivered by an Award Winning Training Provider who will support your learning and development throughout your Apprenticeship. This will involve a Vocational Learning Advisor coming to visit you on a regular basis to deliver the training and guide you through your Apprenticeship.Award winning Vocational Training Provider.
