Working within a small and friendly office in Manchester, you will be developing and implementing a marketing strategy which
directly correlates with customer acquisition and brand
placement as well as provide support to the management team on all marketing activities whilst working towards your Level 3 in Social Media qualification as an Apprentice.
Our mission is to bridge the gap between aspirations and attainment by complementing the primary and secondary learning of every young Muslim in Manchester, whilst also firming the foundations of their faith so that they become confident in themselves and their ability to achieve. What makes us unique is that every young person has a Personal Development Plan file (PDP) upon joining, which helps you and us to track their progress and develop tailored learning, and activities to help them become stronger in their areas of weakness in. By focusing on these areas, we are preparing young people for the evolving challenges they face today in their schools, their education and their own personal-religious development. This is taken care of by our staff who specialise in their respective subjects and use the most effective teaching methods combined with the latest in technology, making learning fun and applicable in the real world.

Upon successful completion of the Apprenticeship you may be offered a permanent position with the potential to progress towards a L3 qualification.
Induction training to be provided by the employer. Interserve Learning and Employment will provide an Intermediate Apprenticeship that will include Functional Skills and a Technical Certificate through regular 1-2-1 visits.
The current National Minimum Wage (NMW) rate for apprentices is £3.50 per hour. This applies to 16-18 year old apprentices and those aged 19 and over in the first year of their Apprenticeship. For all other apprentices the National Minimum wage appropriate to their age applies. The Minimum Wage for Apprentices applies to time spent on the job plus time spent training.
