The successful candidate will have a great opportunity to learn elements of the day to day running of the personalisation apps & websites and troubleshooting to enable them to assist in all aspects of customer liaison. After sufficient support and with recognised development and once given projects are completed. The candidate will assume an "Account Manager" role to help maintain client relationships as the main point of contact and be the first line support for software issues that arise.
